SUSTAINMENT & OPERATIONAL SUPPORT.
The Sustainment & Operational Support team ensures that Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear (CBRN) systems and equipment used by the Warfighter are designed, developed and maintained to achieve optimal performance throughout their lifecycle. These systems include protection, detection and decontamination equipment. The team delivers unmatched CBRN operational readiness through state-of-the-art sustainment and supportability engineering, dedicated special project support and strategic management of industrial base and sustainment risks.
The Sustainment and Operational Support team focuses on all aspects of sustainment and the management of an effective quality assurance program, along with a robust supply chain program. The team collaborates across the Center, bridging the gap between innovation and practical application. Our expertise and support are essential to the success of CBRN defense and in ensuring the dominance of Joint Warfighters on the battlefield, as well as the interagency defense of the Homeland.
